The role
At qlub, operations sits at the centre of how we support our merchants after they go live. As an Operations Intern, you will support the Operations, Account Management, and Finance teams with key administrative and coordination tasks related to invoicing, merchant payouts, reconciliations, and documentation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and keen to learn how operations and finance work inside a fast-growing fintech startup. You will help ensure merchant records, invoices, and internal data are accurate, organised, and up to date.
You will work closely with the Operations and Account Management team, while also supporting Finance with the checks and follow-ups needed to keep merchant billing and payout processes running smoothly.
