We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale high-budget advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage large advertising budgets while maintaining strong performance efficiency
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability
• Conduct advanced audience testing, creative testing, bidding optimization, and landing page experiments
• Analyze performance data and transform insights into actionable growth strategies
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance
• Build reporting frameworks that clearly connect marketing performance to business outcomes
Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong expertise in Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta advertising platforms
• Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable results
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign analytics
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate optimization
• Experience developing and scaling acquisition campaigns in competitive markets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional English communication skills
