Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
