Competition Manager Full Time

• Planning and organization of the season and the events that are part of it.
• Coordination, management and communication with the Competition teams, attending to their doubts and requests.
• Coordination and management of the competition resources (human, material and others) together with the Head of the Global Competition Department.
• Making decisions and proposals based on the development and operation of the Competition together with the Head of the Global Competition Department.
• Solving incidents and proposing solutions to problems.
• Forecast and management of sports equipment and corresponding management with suppliers.
• Participation with a proactive attitude in the different projects and events.
• Contribute to creating a positive, respectful and inclusive culture within the team and the organization in general.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience in coordination of sports competitions or soccer clubs, in management positions. Experience as a soccer player, coach or referee valuable.
• Proactivity and flexibility
• Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in coordination with the team.
• Organization and planning
• Fluent in English and in Arabic is highly preferred.
