Planning and organization of the season and the events that are part of it.
Coordination, management and communication with the Competition teams, attending to their doubts and requests.
Coordination and management of the competition resources (human, material and others) together with the Head of the Global Competition Department.
Making decisions and proposals based on the development and operation of the Competition together with the Head of the Global Competition Department.
Solving incidents and proposing solutions to problems.
Forecast and management of sports equipment and corresponding management with suppliers.
Participation with a proactive attitude in the different projects and events.
Contribute to creating a positive, respectful and inclusive culture within the team and the organization in general.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience in coordination of sports competitions or soccer clubs, in management positions. Experience as a soccer player, coach or referee valuable.
Proactivity and flexibility
Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Ability to work both autonomously and in coordination with the team.
Organization and planning
Fluent in English and inArabic is highly preferred.
