Role Summary:
The HR Operations Partner is the primary point of contact for all HR and employee matters related to our Saudi Arabia operations, with a working knowledge of hiring regulations and employment practices across our key geographies: the Middle East, Europe, and APAC. This role combines Saudi regulatory compliance (Iqama, GOSI, Labour Law), day-to-day employee support, recruitment coordination, and active use of AI tools and social media platforms to source talent and promote the company’s employer brand.
