Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Kiryat Tivon. The Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, installing new hardware and software, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves working closely with a team to ensure optimal performance of systems and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in software installation and configuration
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in a similar role and industry is a plus
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
