Senior Technical Engineer Full Time

1. Technical Design & Engineering

• Lead the design and sizing of power systems (UPS, batteries, solar, hybrid systems). 
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and BOQs. 
• Review project requirements and propose optimal technical solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with international standards and company guidelines. 

2. Project Support & Implementation

• Support project execution teams during installation and commissioning. 
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments. 
• Ensure smooth integration of power systems into client environments. 

3. Pre-Sales Technical Support

• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings. 
• Assist in selecting appropriate products and configurations. 
• Review tender documents and contribute to technical offers. 

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all systems meet safety, performance, and quality standards. 
• Follow up on testing and validation of equipment before delivery. 

5. Leadership & Coordination

• Guide junior engineers and technical staff. 
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.
