Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant based in Amman. The role involves managing the leasing process, from client inquiries to finalizing agreements, while ensuring properties meet client needs. The consultant will focus on resident retention by providing outstanding customer service and handling any concerns effectively. Additional responsibilities include lease administration, property walkthroughs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to provide insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Leases and Lease Administration
• Experience and proven success in Resident Retention and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and residents
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Amman is highly beneficial
• Proficiency with property management software and tools is an advantage
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
