Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator specializing in Odoo at Baghdad Tourism Island, located in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The System Administrator will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of Odoo systems. Day-to-day tasks include system monitoring, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, managing networks, and providing technical support to internal teams. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Administration, including managing and configuring Odoo environments
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve system-related issues efficiently
• Knowledge of Network Administration and foundational Information Technology principles
• Ability to work on-site effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications related to system administration or Odoo are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure and support Odoo modules such as HR, Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and CRM.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal departments regarding system enhancements and integrations.
• Perform system testing, updates, backups, and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports and assist management in improving business processes through Odoo.
