Oil & Gas Training Instructor (Operations) – Saudi Arabia Full Time

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified Oil & Gas Training Instructor (Operations) to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs within the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of oil and gas operations and proven experience in training and development, ensuring operational excellence and workforce competency.

In this role, you will design, develop, and conduct training sessions tailored to operational staff, focusing on industry best practices, safety standards, and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs related to oil and gas operations.
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational requirements.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, hands-on workshops, and e-learning.
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Ensure all training materials comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align training content with current practices and challenges.
• Maintain training records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• IELTS / TOEFL is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in oil and gas operations.
• Proven experience as a training instructor or facilitator, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
