Amaken is currently recruiting a People Performance Manager for a leading organization in the contracting and project execution sector, based in Riyadh, KSA. This role is pivotal in establishing and driving performance management frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management systems and KPI frameworks across the organization
• Oversee the performance review process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives
• Partner with department heads to define performance expectations and development plans for employees
• Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, productivity enhancement, and capability development
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives in line with business needs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices in performance management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with strong focus on performance management and organizational development
• Experience within contracting, project execution, or industrial environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, performance frameworks, and HR best practices
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in KSA or GCC markets is an advantage
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia
