Property Supervisor / Building Manager Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing tenants and handling tenant relations.
• Following up on rent collection and lease-related matters.
• Supervising maintenance requests and service providers.
• Conducting regular property inspections.
• Coordinating with property owners and preparing operational reports.
• Supervising site staff and ensuring smooth property operations.
• Managing handover and move-out procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination and tenant management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience in preparing reports and coordinating with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Bahraini nationals only.
