🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Impact Investor to identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities that align with both financial objectives and impact goals.

You’ll work closely with founders, stakeholders, and investment teams to assess opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio growth while measuring meaningful impact outcomes.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate impact-focused investment opportunities
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence activities
• Assess social, environmental, and governance (ESG) factors alongside financial performance
• Develop investment recommendations and present findings to decision-makers
• Support transaction execution, negotiations, and investment structuring
• Monitor portfolio performance and impact metrics
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Prepare investment reports, impact assessments, and portfolio updates
• Stay informed on market trends, sustainable finance, and impact investing developments
• Contribute to investment strategy and portfolio growth initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, International Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, impact investing, or financial analysis
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
• Understanding of ESG principles, sustainable finance, and impact measurement frameworks
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to assess both financial and non-financial performance indicators
• Experience working with startups, social enterprises, or sustainability-focused organizations is a plus
