Improve customer experience through advanced AI solutions.
Influence organizational work culture in the era of artificial intelligence.
Lead change processes from concept to execution.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in project management.
Proven experience leading change implementation processes from idea to execution.
Experience in a financial organization is an advantage.
Deep familiarity with AI technologies and their implementation in organizations.
Professional understanding of investments, provident funds, pensions, and trading is an advantage.
High-level Hebrew and English, including writing, reading, and speaking.
Relevant education.
