Facility Management Consultant Full Time

ORYX GTL is a leading gas-to-liquids (GTL) company based in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. As a joint venture between QatarEnergy and Sasol Middle East and India, ORYX GTL brings together extensive expertise in the energy and industry sector. Since 2006, the company has been utilizing innovative Sasol Slurry Phase Distillate™ (Sasol SPDTM) technology to convert natural gas from Qatar’s North Gas Field into high-quality GTL products. These products include ultra-low sulfur GTL Diesel, GTL Naphtha, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), each serving critical roles in transportation, petrochemical manufacturing, and heating fuel markets.

Role Description

Drive the transformation and modernization of facility management practices across the organization by leading the development and implementation of key initiatives, including facility master planning, occupancy optimization, asset management systems, and service enhancement programs, and establishing sustainable framework, system and standards to enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility and support long-term business objectives.

This role is essential to drive key strategic initiatives requested by Executive Management, including the Maintenance Master Plan, the tagging/barcoding project and Occupancy plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, or related discipline

Minimum Experience:

• 15+ years of overall experience with at least 6+ years of experience in a similar position preferably with Energy background on site.
• Proven experience in FM transformation and asset management systems.
• Strong experience in CAFM/CMMS implementation and asset digitization.
