The Handover & DLP Associate is responsible for ensuring the quality and readiness of residential units throughout the handover and Defects Liability Period (DLP) process. The role conducts quality inspections, manages snagging and de-snagging activities, coordinates with contractors to ensure timely rectification of defects, and supports customer home orientations and handovers. The position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring units meet Bloom’s quality standards and that all defects are resolved efficiently within agreed service levels.
