Position Summary
The HR Senior Specialist (Generalist) is responsible for supporting and managing a wide range of human resources functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role provides guidance on policies, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance while partnering with managers and employees to promote a positive and productive work environment. The Senior Specialist also contributes to HR strategy, leads process Improvements, and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for all roles.
· Coordinate with department heads to define manpower needs and hiring strategies.
· Oversee personnel operations including attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and contracts.
· Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.
· Manage HR reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and talent databases.
· Supervise employee records, audits, and government relations (labor office, insurance, etc.).
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
· Drive training needs analysis, employee development, and career path planning.
· Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
· 5 years of HR experience.
· Strong expertise in recruitment, personnel management, and HR operations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor and Social Insurance laws.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; data-driven decision-making mindset.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple sites.
