Position :Operation Team Leader

Location: O1 mall,Play kids area,New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during assigned shifts
-Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating special events and activities
-Supervise, support, and guide staff members during shifts to ensure optimal performance and teamwork
-Monitor operations and address any issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 year of experience in a supervisory or relevant role
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
-Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
