Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function at AZM. The role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring sound financial planning and control, compliance with regulations, and providing management with accurate financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, treasury management, and financial reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and control company budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy of the company in alignment with business objectives and EVA Group policies.
• Drive long-term financial planning, risk management, and capital structure optimization to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring integration with operational and commercial strategies.
• Monitor company-wide financial performance, margins, and profitability, recommending corrective actions when required.
• Oversee cost management and implement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and control expenses.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and scenario analysis to support investment and expansion decisions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a strong advantage).
• Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in distribution / FMCG / medical devices industries is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
