Role Overview
Reach Group is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist to establish, manage, and enhance governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance programs across enterprise operations, digital transformation initiatives, and managed services environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, control frameworks, audit readiness, and governance best practices, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements while strengthening organizational resilience.
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, IT Audit, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and control frameworks.
- Experience in IT security compliance and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Experience within regulated industries or public sector environments is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Preferred Certifications:
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
- CRISC
- CISA
- CISM
- COBIT and/or ITIL certifications (preferred)
