About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Founder’s Assistant to support the founder across multiple growing projects and brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys content creation, organization, project coordination, and helping ideas move faster.
You will work directly with the founder on day-to-day execution across content, operations, suppliers, launches, research, and brand activities. This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
Content & Social Media
* Shoot simple behind-the-scenes content and reels
* Edit basic videos using CapCut or similar tools
* Organize and upload social media content
* Create and maintain content calendars
Operations & Coordination
* Research suppliers, products, and service providers
* Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, databases, and project lists
* Follow up with vendors and partners
* Help organize tasks, timelines, and launch plans
* Support day-to-day operations across multiple projects
* Assist with launches, events, and special initiatives
General Support
* Organize ideas, references, documents, and inspiration boards
* Help turn ideas and projects into organized action items
* Conduct research and summarize findings
* Assist with different creative and operational projects as needed
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred, ideally in content, operations, administration, coordination, marketing, or a startup environment
* Fresh graduates with strong internship experience, organization skills, and willingness to learn may also apply
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* Great communication skills in English
* Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, social media apps, and basic editing tools
* Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude/ChatGPT is important
* Comfortable working across different types of tasks
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
