Job Description
We are looking for a professional Customer Success Specialist to support our key users and ensure a superior experience
• User Support: Provide timely and effective resolutions to user inquiries and technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Relationship Management: Build strong professional relationships with active users, enhancing user engagement and stickiness through high-quality service
• Experience Improvement: Collect and analyze user feedback to provide valuable insights to the product team, aiding in the development of operational strategies
• Community Management: Maintain a positive and healthy environment within the app, handling complaints with professionalism that reflects company values
Requirements
• Language Skills: Full Professional Proficiency in Arabic; working proficiency in English or Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Cultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of the culture and user habits in the MENA region
• Skills: Interest in the gaming industry with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Soft Skills: Ability to work as part of a team, with high levels of patience and empathy to resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
