Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flight Instructor based in Fujairah. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for training student pilots towards obtaining Private, Commercial, or Airline Transport Pilot Licenses. Daily responsibilities include conducting flight training sessions, teaching aviation theory, ensuring adherence to flight safety measures, and assessing student performance. The role demands close collaboration with the academy’s training team and adherence to regulatory standards set by the UAE GCAA.

Qualifications

•Hold a valid GCAA Flight Instructor Rating with additional endorsements (e.g., Night Rating, Navigation).

•CPL or ATPL with a solid instructional background.

•Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, with at least 1,000 hours of instructional time, plus minimum total of 200 instrument hours.

•Proven experience in intermediate-level training tasks (e.g., solo supervision, navigation).

•ELP (English Language Proficiency) Level 4 minimum (Level 5 preferred).

•Familiar with GCAA regulations and syllabus for intermediate phases.

•Strong debriefing and mentoring skills.
