Technical Office & Projects Engineer Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Office & Projects Engineer to manage projects from technical design phase through production, delivery, and on-site installation.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in technical office work, project coordination, and site execution/follow-up, preferably within fiberglass, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review technical drawings and shop drawings.

Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and technical specifications.

Convert project requirements into production-ready drawings and execution plans.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure proper implementation of technical drawings.

Follow up on project progress, timelines, and material readiness.

Supervise delivery and on-site installation apctivities.
Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution and solve technical issues when needed.

Coordinate between technical office, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare project reports and progress updates.

Ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Proven experience in:

Technical Office

Project Coordination / Management

Site Installation & Execution

Strong knowledge of technical drawings and shop drawings.

Experience in manufacturing, fiberglass, or construction-related industries is highly preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and related engineering software.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel for site follow-up when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fiberglass products or customized industrial production.

Strong coordination and leadership skills.

Ability to handle projects from concept to final installation.
