Blockchain Solutions Lead Full Time

About the Job
We are seeking a strategic, research-driven Blockchain Solutions Lead to design and deliver practical blockchain initiatives across business, product, and operational use cases. The successful candidate will lead research, concept development, and solution delivery for projects that translate complex blockchain ideas into scalable, secure, and business-aligned outcomes. This is a hands-on role working closely with product teams, engineers, partners, and stakeholders to build high-impact solutions and accompanying programs.

Responsibilities

Lead research and concept development for blockchain solutions across business, product, and operational use cases.

Identify, commission and cultivate relationships with developers, product teams, technologists, partners, and external stakeholders.

Produce solution briefs, technical notes, presentations, press materials, and reports that communicate complex topics clearly.

Develop project timelines, implementation briefs, and coordinate delivery with technical teams and vendors.

Manage project budgets, schedules and supplier/contractor relationships.

Organize accompanying workshops, demos, training sessions, and educational materials.

Liaise with technical and business partners to ensure accurate and ethical presentation of research and solution delivery; arrange access to data, prototypes, or environments as required.

Oversee documentation, testing records, and archival notes for each solution or initiative.

Support fundraising and grant applications by preparing research summaries and proposals.

Monitor stakeholder feedback and research impact; refine strategies to increase accessibility, adoption, and engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum BA/MA in Computer Science, Blockchain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.

At least 3–5 years of experience in blockchain, product, research, consulting, or program delivery in a company, startup, consultancy, lab, or equivalent professional setting.

Demonstrable interest in and familiarity with blockchain topics (distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, tokenization, decentralized systems) — deep technical expertise is not required, but proven ability to learn and collaborate with technical teams is essential.

Strong research, writing and editorial skills — able to produce clear, engaging technical and business-facing texts and funding materials.

Project management experience: budgets, timelines, supplier coordination and logistics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-disciplinary collaborations between product, engineering, and business teams.

Experience programming public talks, workshops, or education activities.

Commitment to accessible presentation and ethical engagement with blockchain content.

Portfolio or track record of blockchain projects, solutions, prototypes, or related work (links or PDF).

Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
