Relationship Manager -SMEs Full Time

This role is primarily responsible to develop and profitably manage Banking relationships for SME clients. Provides general business banking solutions to clients while adhering to the Bank’s policies & procedures.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage relationships with existing clients and develop /build relationships with new SME Clients.
• Maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of Capital Bank’s products and services.
• Conduct field visits to SME clients.
• Client relationship management to identify & maximize new business opportunities, understand clients requirements and needs.
• Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions.
• Conduct credit analysis and write up credit report for approval.
• Receive and solve clients complaints.

Required Experience :

3+ years’ experience in Banking Industry or any related field.

Required Educational Level :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking , Business Administration, or any equivalent field.
