We are expanding our creative team to introduce a dedicated AI Content Creator to massively scale our ad creative and content production pipelines.

Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative AI Content Creator to own our generative media pipeline from zero to completion. You will leverage advanced language, visual, and video AI models to prototype and generate high-fidelity ad assets and organic content from scratch. Once highly polished, you will hand these assets off to our core design teams for final premium touches and client delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Generation: Produce high-quality copywriting, static visuals, and short-form video assets using generative tools.
• High-Volume Ad Matrices: Generate multi-variant creative versions adapted to different consumer hooks and psychological angles to fuel paid media testing.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Build and document precise prompt structures to maintain visual consistency, character physics, and brand tone across campaigns.
• Creative Hand-Off Management: Organise high-fidelity AI raw assets, upscaled images, cloned voice files, and video sequences for seamless transition to traditional design and video teams.

Core Technical and Tool Requirements

• Experience: Strong portfolio displaying professional-grade AI-assisted or AI-generated marketing projects.
• Visual Generation Mastery: Deep experience using text-to-image engines for photorealistic visuals and complex compositions.
• AI Video and Audio Orchestration: Practical experience using video and audio platforms.
• Generative Text and Strategy: Skill in steering LLMs to draft conversion-focused ad scripts and copy without generic AI patterns.
• Marketing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, performance ad hooks, and direct-response psychology.
