Role Description

• Working with various healthcare programs such as MatrixCare, PCC, ThoroughCare
• Interpreting medical information from various sources & documents into useful metrics facilitating provider follow ups
• Identifying patient needs & gaps in care with recommendations to optimize case outcomes
• Inputing prescribed medication, labs, provider notes, patient information into clear and precise records
• Updating and auditing previous patient records and reports

Documentation of medical information, prescriptions, and records into our platforms.

• You will be assigned to clinics and you have the access to their electronic system.
• You will be assigned to prescription diagnosis, treatment plans, and medications.
• You will update profiles for patients and update their medical history.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, physical therapy, or

veterinary is a must.

• English level of B2+ or C1 is a must.
• Proven work experience in a relative role for 6 months at least is a must.
