**About the Role**
We’re hiring a Sales / Business Development Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts and build a strong pipeline of high-value clients across the GCC and Egypt. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, opening conversations with decision-makers, and closing deals — working directly with the founder on commercial strategy.
This is a remote role for an experienced commercial professional who understands the rhythm of doing business in the Gulf: relationship-driven, trust-led, and outcome-focused.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Build and manage a sales pipeline of qualified prospects in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions to founders, marketing directors, and business owners
• Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify fit
• Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client objectives
• Negotiate contract terms, scope, and pricing within agreed frameworks
• Close deals and hand off signed clients to the Account Management team
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM with weekly reporting
• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities (virtual and in-person where feasible)
• Provide market intelligence: pricing trends, competitor activity, prospect feedback
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and content that supports sales
**Required Qualifications**
• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of closing deals with clients in the GCC region (Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Qatar) — this is essential
• Demonstrated experience selling marketing services, agency retainers, or related professional services
• Fluent Arabic (essential) — including comfort communicating with Gulf-based business owners
• Professional English (essential)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and what agencies deliver (social, content, paid media, branding)
• Confident in running discovery calls, building proposals, and handling pricing conversations
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong LinkedIn presence and proven outbound prospecting skills
• Self-directed and accountable — able to operate independently in a remote setup
• Reliable remote work setup: stable internet, professional video call environment, time-zone alignment with GCC business hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, media company, or martech firm
• Existing network of GCC business owners or marketing decision-makers
• Experience selling to F&B, healthcare, retail, or e-commerce sectors
• Background in consultative selling rather than transactional sales
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar)
**Performance Expectations**
• First 90 days: build pipeline, complete onboarding, close at least 2 deals
• Quarterly: hit revenue and pipeline targets agreed with leadership
• Monthly: clean pipeline reporting, weekly check-ins with founder
