Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze division KPIs and performance against strategic targets
- Follow up on initiatives, projects, and operational activities to ensure timely execution
- Support project coordination, planning, and delivery across functions
- Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and executive-level status updates
- Maintain well-structured documentation for projects and operational processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in business operations, performance tracking, or project coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- KPI Professional Certification
