Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support and networking
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup systems

Strong knowledge of:
• Windows Server and Desktop Administration
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Cisco, MikroTik, and HP networking devices
• Routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems

Preferred Certifications:
• CCNA / CCNP
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certifications
• ITIL Foundation
