Role Description: We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who can open doors, qualify opportunities, and drive real business impact. You manage your time, your relationships, and your pipeline — and you earn on every deal you help bring in.
What you’ll do:
• Introduce our solutions to prospects from our network, yours, or the open market
• Lead early conversations and qualify genuine opportunities, and update our CRM
• Close the deal from first contact to signed contract.
Work setup:
• Part‑time with fully flexible hours
• Remote (no office attendance required)
• On‑site client visits when needed
Commission structure:
• 15% of contract value for leads you generate
• 10% of contract value for leads we assign
• Paid back to back within 5 business days
(No base salary, commission-based, clear and direct)
Ideal profile:
• 5+ years in B2B sales (tech, industrial, SaaS, or services)
• Strong network of decision-makers
• Confident in senior-level business conversations
• Familiar with CRM systems
