Role Description

WISTER is seeking an Operations Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards within our Jeddah operations. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting compliance audits, analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement, ensuring operational and financial regulatory compliance, and coordinating with various departments to address compliance issues effectively. The Operations Compliance Officer will also be responsible for producing detailed reports and communicating findings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Live monitoring of branches through CCTV from the Control Room

2- Ensure full compliance with SOPs across all branches

3- Monitor food safety practices and hygiene standards

4- Ensure adherence to internal company policies

5- Monitor cash handling procedures and report violations

6- Prepare daily monitoring reports and escalate non-compliance cases

7- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams when required

Requirements:

1- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Email communication)

2- Able to communicate and write in English

3- Comfortable working night shifts

4- Strong attention to detail

5- High level of integrity and responsibility

6- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or QSR operations is a plus

Preferred Background:

1- Experience in QSR, retail, or food production environment

2- Basic understanding of food safety standards
