Contribute to the development of the Human Resources strategy, objectives, and KPIs related to Payroll, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
Develop, communicate, and ensure implementation of payroll and personnel administration policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and labor laws.
Manage and supervise payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries, benefits, deductions, and off-cycle payroll runs.
Oversee employee data management, maintaining comprehensive and updated personnel files, including attendance, leave, and termination details.
Implement payroll system features, automate payroll tasks in liaison with ICT teams, and monitor data entry accuracy for payroll and leave management systems.
Prepare payroll reports, monitor variances, and ensure proper filing of insurance enrollments and documentation.
Negotiate with third-party providers on benefit plans and resolve related issues.
Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets related to Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Administration.
Monitor budget adherence and ensure function employees work within assigned targets and responsibilities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and Key Performance Indicators for management review.
Manage and lead Payroll team, delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth function operations.
Contribute to conducting annual employee performance appraisals, training, and development activities for the team.
Support HR functions including recruitment and talent management where needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in all personnel actions and Compensation & Benefits activities.
Handle any other duties assigned by direct managers or senior leadership to support HR and organizational objectives.
