Rust Software Engineer Full Time

A highly successful, highly profitable cybersecurity corporation leading the global Device Posture Management sector for massive enterprise networks.

Bootstrapped through years of profitable commercial scaling, the company recently secured a $65 million Series A funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) to aggressively accelerate international product expansion.

The company is located in Tel Aviv and operates on a hybrid model allowing for two days of remote work. Their technology safeguards millions of endpoints for world-renowned enterprise giants, including Amazon, Microsoft, and Kraft Heinz.

Key Responsibilities-

• Owning the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of the core endpoint security sensor across various operating system targets.
• Engineering highly optimized, concurrency-safe background architectures designed for maximum runtime stability and ultra-low CPU/memory usage.
• Diagnosing and solving complex cross-platform execution bottlenecks, handling kernel-level abstractions and OS-specific telemetry APIs.
• Guiding design reviews, outlining multi-year technical roadmaps, and making definitive engineering trade-offs regarding edge vs. cloud computation.
• Providing continuous technical mentorship, conducting rigorous code reviews, and fostering an engineering culture built on high velocity and architectural sovereignty.
• Technical & Engineering Stack Go (Golang), Cross-Platform Engineering (Linux, Windows, macOS), System-Level Architectures, Low-Footprint Background Daemons, Concurrency & Multi-threading, Endpoint Telemetry, Device Posture Management (DPM), and Automated Testing Pipelines.

Requirements-

• 7 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Low-Level / Systems Software Engineering utilizing compiled languages such as Go, Rust, C, or C++ (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of formal experience operating as a Software Engineering Team Lead, Tech Lead, or directly supervising professional software developers (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, direct engineering experience building backend architectures and resolving complex cross-platform software bugs over Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems (Mandatory).
• Solid practical track record handling High-Level software design, system-level data mapping, and building structural API layers (Mandatory).
• Profound technical intuition regarding application profiling, memory-leak detection, thread safety, and system optimization for low-resource environments.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, strong product ownership, and the leadership acumen required to guide senior engineering minds inside a fast-scaling cybersecurity framework.
