The full-cycle recruitment process in complex markets and managing HR operations, from hiring to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end global recruitment across Europe, China, Korea, Singapore, etc.
• Own the day-to-day HR lifecycle operations, including hiring, compliance with varied local requirements, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare initiatives.
• Partner and collaborate with the founder and team leaders to provide HR support and business-aligned recommendations on labor laws, benefits, and employee matters.

• Hands-on experience in global recruitment- must
• Hands-on experience with employment life cycle and HR operations from onboarding to offboarding
• Native/Near-native proficiency in spoken English for interviews and day-to-day communication-must! (will be tested)
• True business understanding and the ability to operate in a complex business environment
