Cyber Security GRC Manager Full Time

We are seeking a Cyber Security GRC Manager to oversee our governance, risk, and compliance framework and ensure absolute adherence to regulatory standards.

Role Overview: An expert role dedicated to managing the organizational policy ecosystem and ensuring the entity remains audit-ready.

Core Purpose:

To maintain a robust compliance posture and ensure the organization is consistently audit-ready against complex regulatory benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and external security audits and manage gap analysis remediation.
• Develop and enforce the full library of corporate cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedural controls.
• Monitor the global regulatory landscape to ensure timely implementation of data protection laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience in GRC, including extensive experience with regulatory alignment and auditing.
• Certifications: CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC.
• Competencies: Expert technical writing and mastery of Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).
