Role Purpose
To oversee the day-to-day performance of all business units, ensure accountability and execution across teams, identify growth opportunities, and support the Founder in achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Management
* Conduct weekly meetings with managers across all business units.
* Ensure all action items, projects, and initiatives are completed on time.
* Establish and monitor KPIs for each business.
* Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows.
* Monitor customer experience and service quality standards.
* Hold managers and teams accountable for performance and results.
* Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
* Prepare weekly performance reports for the Founder.
Growth & Business Development
* Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations.
* Develop relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key stakeholders.
* Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
* Monitor sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
* Explore opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership and business development opportunities.
Reporting
* Weekly executive report covering:
* KPI performance
* Sales and revenue
* Partnership opportunities
* Marketing progress
* Operational challenges
* Recommended actions
