ICD & Installation Manager – Defense Systems Division
Role Responsibilities
• Define mechanical and electrical system interface design for naval air-defense systems
• Prepare mechanical and electrical Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for shipboard integration
• Support design and preparation of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in coordination with customers and shipyards
• Monitor, inspect, and approve mechanical and electrical infrastructure installations
• Work closely with program managers and systems engineering teams
• Handle technical correspondence with customers and CMEs regarding engineering and technical
requirements
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Requirements
• Electrical / Electronics Engineering degree or diploma
• Technical background in naval or maritime systems
• Ability to read, write, and communicate technical documentation in English, with strong technical English skills
• Ability to interpret cable datasheets and interface components
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Visio
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Military service in a technical role within the Navy
• Knowledge of mechanical infrastructure measurement methodologies
• 3–4 years of experience working with naval systems
• Familiarity with complex weapon system architectures
• Experience in electrical or optical cabling design
