Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive (Business Developer) to join our recruitment agency in Dubai, to continue to develop our growth in European markets. You will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and securing job orders while working in an agile, fast paced environment.
This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a sales environment and are confident in building strong client relationships in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Generate job orders from clients for recruitment services, ensuring signed Requirement Forms (RFs) are obtained.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across assigned European markets.
Manage the full or partial sales cycle depending on business needs:
Full cycle: Lead generation → Client meetings → Closing deals
Partial cycle: Lead generation → Appointment setting
Ensure successful placement of candidates in collaboration with the recruitment team.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by management.
Provide weekly reports to the CEO on pipeline, conversions, and challenges.
Recommend new markets, industries, and growth opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits (Dubai Market Standard)
Base Salary: Competitive fixed monthly retainer (based on experience)
Commission Structure: Attractive, capped commission on successful placements and client acquisition
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment agency environment (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Strong understanding of the European market is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
