Now we need someone to own the lifecycle.
🎯 The role: Growth Lead / Customer Engagement Manager
You own Braze (or your CEM weapon of choice). You build onboarding journeys, winback flows, loyalty mechanics, geo-triggered nudges, and a subscription engine that gets us to 15K paying subscribers. You don’t just “send campaigns” — you engineer behavior.

• 40% MAU on 200K+ downloads
• Repeat purchase rate that makes the board smile
• Winback flows that actually win people back
• A loyalty program people screenshot, not unsubscribe from
🧠 What we need from you
• 2–4 years in lifecycle / CRM / growth marketing
• Braze, Iterable, CleverTap, MoEngage — pick your fighter
• You think in funnels, cohorts, and retention curves — not just impressions
• You can write a push notification that doesn’t sound like it was written by a robot (ironic, we know)
• You’re allergic to vanity metrics
