Apexos Food & Beverage operates a multi-brand production facility specializing in the coffee industry. Currently managing two premium brands, Rafima Coffee Roasters and Mestila Coffee, the company is committed to delivering high-quality coffee products. As an emerging player in the field, Apexos emphasizes innovation, quality, and excellence across its offerings.
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive based in Sheraton, Heliopolis. The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day sales operations, including handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Preparing sales reports, and maintaining CRM systems.
- The Sales Executive will work in-office as well as directly approaching potential HORECA/B2B clients through visits and following up with existing ones.
- Coordinate, manage and represent the company in activations and exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of Sales skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
