Marketing Intern — Community & Social Full Time

MindTune is Dubai’s first neurofeedback and brain optimisation clinic — where science meets wellness. We train the brain to perform better, helping clients with ADHD, stress, sleep, and peak performance. Our community is growing fast, and we need someone sharp and fully fluent in Arabic and English to help us show up consistently online.

The role You’ll own the day-to-day social media presence for MindTune — from publishing and scheduling to engaging with our community, sourcing UGC, reaching out to KOLs, and making sure every lead that comes in through social actually gets followed up. You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with our content agency.

This is a real job with real ownership — not a shadow-the-senior internship. By month two, you’ll be running the community independently.

What you’ll do

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — zero missed posts
• Manage DMs and comments — respond to enquiries within 4 hours during business hours
• Source, rights-clear, and repost UGC from clients and the wider community
• Identify and reach out to local KOLs and micro-influencers for collaborations
• Track leads coming through social and follow up via CRM to reduce drop-off
• Monitor competitors and deliver a monthly summary
• Produce a weekly social analytics report every Monday for the founder

Must-haves

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English — bilingual captions in both languages are a core part of this role
• Genuine interest in wellness, health, or mental performance
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite
• Organised, reliable, and genuinely responsive

Nice to have

• Experience with a CRM or lead tracking tool
• Basic Canva or Reels editing
• Prior internship or freelance social work
• Network in Dubai’s wellness or health space
