raW
raW is a movement for freedom.
We’re building an anonymous-first 24/7 live platform where people can connect, speak, share, express, have fun, and be themselves without the pressure of being judged or performing for others.
At the surface, raW is built around anonymous identities, avatars, topic-based communities, psychological polls, raw conversations, raw people, real connections and friends.
The idea is simple:
- People are tired of fake social media
- People want free spaces where they can be honest and be themselves
- People are bored
- People are lonely
- People want to feel like they belong
- People want to feel understood.
- People want to find their people.
That is what raW is being built for.
There is also a deeper layer behind the platform I won’t go too deep into that here, but it is one of our biggest differentiator compared to our “competitors”
For now, I’m looking for someone who can help build this with me from the inside.
Not just an employee.
Not someone who only wants a title.
Someone who wants to help shape the company, the strategy, the product, the culture, and the direction.
Role
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lebanon, with a mix of in-office work and remote flexibility.
As a Founding COO / Founding Partner, you’ll be working closely with me on turning raW from a big vision into a real company.
That means helping with:
- Strategy
- Operations
- Product direction
- Growth
- Partnerships
- Community building
- Investor readiness
- Team structure
- Execution
- Turning messy ideas into clear next steps
This is early-stage, so things will not always be perfect or fully structured.
That’s part of the role.
I need someone who can think big, but also execute. Someone who can challenge ideas, help organize the chaos, and move things forward.
What I’m Really Looking For
The main qualifications are simple.
- •You need to be smart enough to know you can figure things out.
- •You need to be ambitious enough to believe this can become something very big.
- •You need to be confident, but still able to admit when you’re wrong, learn, and improve.
- Basically: stubborn, but not stupid.
- •You need to have the capacity to go all in if you believe in what we’re building.
- •And most importantly, you need to actually care.
