Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based Lebanon, for an SMS Senior Account Manager. The role involves managing and building strong client relationships, overseeing SMS campaigns, handling account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, providing tailored solutions, resolving issues promptly, and staying updated on industry trends to drive strategic success for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong account management skills, including client communication and relationship building
• Experience in SMS marketing, campaign optimization, and performance analytics
• Understanding of A2P SMS services and telecommunications industry trends
• Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms

• Proven ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative office environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Prior experience as an account manager or similar role in the telecom industry is a plus
