Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Waitress & Waiter/Barista at Alpine Chocolates. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, preparing chocolate-inspired drinks and menu items, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the establishment. You will engage with customers, ensure a welcoming environment, and help promote the authenticity of the Alpine Chocolates brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an excellent experience and interact effectively with guests.
• Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, including preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Basic Cooking skills and the ability to prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
