Business Development Associate – Fresh Graduates Full Time

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive team member to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates interested in sales, business development, operations, and social media partnerships. The role is fast-moving and execution-focused, with direct involvement in client communication, follow-ups, and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build lead lists, conduct outreach, follow up with prospects, and coordinate meetings.
• Support B2B sales activities and maintain organized client communications.
• Prepare quotations and offers using company templates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and clients regarding deliveries and updates.
• Manage influencer collaborations, creator outreach, and posting follow-ups.
• Track promo codes, campaign timelines, and partnership deliverables.
• Support daily operational and marketing coordination tasks.
• Handle scheduling, reminders, and communication follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Setup

Compensation
