We are hiring a hands-on Team Lead Senior FullStack Engineer to lead a large-scale migration of a legacy .NET/MS SQL platform into a modern TypeScript-first architecture.

This role is NOT for general full-stack engineers.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience analyzing legacy systems, understanding complex MS SQL stored procedures/business logic, and rebuilding those flows into modern Node.js + TypeScript services while maintaining functional parity.

Core Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong expertise with MS SQL Stored Procedures
• Reading, writing, debugging, and understanding business logic inside SQL procedures
• Experience analyzing and migrating legacy .NET/C# + SQL-based systems
• Strong backend development experience using:
• * Node.js + TypeScript
• * Express (required) or NestJS (preferred)
• Experience validating migration accuracy and ensuring parity between old and new systems
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, documentation, and ownership mindset
• Ability to lead engineers and drive delivery in structured migration projects

Additional Experience We’re Looking For

• React + TypeScript frontend experience
• PostgreSQL experience
• Microservices architecture
• AWS / CI/CD familiarity
• Experience leading teams or technical delivery
• Ability to understand legacy C# request/response flows

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead migration of legacy backend/frontend features into a Next-Gen platform
• Translate business logic from MS SQL proce
• ntation, validation, and delivery
• Own technical quality, code reviews, architecture consistency, and migration governance
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure feature parity and predictable delivery.
