Backend Developer – Internal Systems & Automation Full Time

🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Fridays until 8:30 PM)

📍 Location: Ghazir, Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate, Lebanon

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our growing team and take ownership of building and scaling our internal systems and automation infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will help design and develop backend architecture, APIs, and internal tools that support and improve all business operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend systems and APIs
• Develop internal tools and automation workflows
• Design and manage databases and system architecture
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Improve and optimize existing systems and processes
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support the development of internal platforms for operations and reporting

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience building APIs and scalable systems
• Strong understanding of databases and system design
• Ability to work with business logic and operational workflows
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• English proficiency required

Knowledge in the following is preferred

• Airtable (advanced use, structuring, and automations)
• Make.com / Zapier (automation workflows and integrations)
• API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks)
• Logistics, warehousing, or supply chain systems
• ERP / CRM or internal business systems
• Automation tools for real business operations
