Sales Executive (3 Positions) Full Time

We’re expanding our commercial team and looking for 3 driven Sales Executives who speak the language of custom manufacturing.

3distica is the UAE’s leading 3D design, prototyping & fabrication studio! We bring bold ideas to life through advanced technologies including industrial 3D printing, fiberglass fabrication, CNC machining, custom manufacturing, and many more state-of-the-art techniques. Trusted by major brands and governmental entities, we operate across 20+ industries from our facility in Jebel Ali.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, prospect, and close new business across target industries including architecture & real estate, events & exhibitions, advertising, corporate branding, retail, and oil & gas

• Consult with clients to understand their project requirements and translate them into fabrication briefs and costing proposals

• Prepare accurate cost estimations and quotations for 3D printing, fiberglass, CNC, and custom fabrication projects

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B clients and agency relationships

• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery alignment

• Represent 3Distica at industry events, client sites, and exhibitions

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in 3D printing, fiberglass manufacturing, signage, custom fabrication, or a closely related field

• Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF) and/or fiberglass fabrication processes

• Proven experience in project-based cost estimation and proposal writing for custom manufacturing

• Ability to read technical briefs and communicate fabrication requirements clearly

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• UAE driving license preferred

• Experience working with architects, agencies, or event companies is a strong advantage
